  • Issuing invoices and certificates

2. Refund Policy

Training Courses

  • Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days before the course start date.
  • No refund once the course has commenced or if recordings/materials have been accessed.

Consultancy Services

  • Fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • If cancellation is made before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative charges.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure or course cancellation by Bazina Shipbroking:

  • Participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.
